As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area. As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for the following: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station. Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals. Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs to manager.
