About the Role As a Business Consultant you will work closely with our director, clients, and contractors to deliver technology-enabled energy solutions. You will analyse energy and business data, identify process improvements, and provide valuable insights that support smarter energy management and decision-making. This opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis. Key Responsibilities ● Analyse and interpret data from NMI meters, BMS systems, MSATS, and other platforms. ● Conduct business process reviews and recommend ICT-enabled improvements. ● Prepare reports on bill validation, usage trends, forecasting, and budgeting. ● Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and design ICT solutions. ● Support energy efficiency and embedded network management programs. ● Develop business documentation including requirements, workflows, and specifications. ● Assist with tenders, procurement, and market research to guide business strategies. What We’re Looking For ● At least Bachelor Degree in related discipline. ● At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or consulting, ideally in the energy sector. ● Strong knowledge of energy market rules and compliance (AER, embedded networks, state-based electricity/gas rules). ● Proficiency in MSATS (including Child NMI management), EMP reporting, and BMS systems. ● Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. ● Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. ● Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.
