Job Description We’re looking for a technically minded, customer-focused individual to join our Parts team at Emmetts Oakbank. Working across our trusted John Deere and STIHL product ranges, this full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for agriculture, viticulture, and the domestic machinery market. Located in the heart of the beautiful Adelaide Hills, our Oakbank branch services a dynamic customer base — with a strong focus on viticulture and property maintenance. About the Role Our Parts Department is at the centre of the action — working closely with customers, Sales, and Service to deliver the right solution, fast. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing retail parts sales support to walk-in and phone customers Supporting internal parts sales for the Service and Sales departments Managing quotes and backorders, and following up with customers Keeping customers informed on new products, services, and promotions Handling the full order process — from picking and packing through to dispatch This role is full-time , Monday to Friday, with a shared roster Saturday mornings (approx. twice a month) What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience in retail sales, parts, or a similar customer-facing role Are technically minded and confident learning a broad product range Enjoy working in a small, collaborative team Take pride in delivering friendly, high-quality customer service Experience in agricultural or small engine machinery is highly regarded, but not essential — we’ll provide training for the right person.
