Farm Hands - Sunraysia, VIC 3500 Apex Labour Hire Services is currently recruiting 70 reliable and physically fit individuals to support pruning, crop manipulation, and the harvesting of table grapes. Employment will commence in November 2025 for 12 months , with flexible working hours averaging 30 hours per week. Successful applicants will be engaged on a Full-time basis under the Horticulture Award 2020. Job Description You will be working outdoors performing duties such as: Cane and spur pruning, shoot thinning, bunch trimming Table grape picking using secateurs Sorting and packing harvested fruit Following farm safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Work is physically demanding, performed in various weather conditions, and requires attention to detail and the ability to work at a high speed. Pay and Conditions Award: Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028) Level 2 $24.95ph Superannuation Mixture of Piece-rate (if applicable) Minimum 30 hours per week for the duration of your employment Overtime and working on public holidays will be paid penalty rates Payslips issued before posting of weekly wages; all wages paid into nominated bank accounts All workers will receive a written piecework record before commencing piece-rate work, outlining: Method of calculation Minimum hourly guarantee Applicable rates for each task All hours worked will be tracked to ensure compliance with Fair Work rules.
