Key Responsibilities Conduct credit assessments of high-risk sellers, including website analysis, non-delivery risk evaluation, and exposure calculations Support both Risk Onboarding and Merchant Onboarding operations as business needs evolve Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Strategy to optimise merchant processes Build frameworks that enable principled risk-taking in new markets and products Contribute to the creation and refinement of credit policies and operational structures Identify opportunities for operational improvements and help implement strategic programs Share knowledge and foster accountability within the team What You'll Bring 2 years of experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, or the payments industry Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, and merchant onboarding processes in ANZ Proficiency in credit assessment and risk operations Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong internal and external communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively A proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to improve processes and outcomes Application Process If you are interested in this position or know someone who is, please click the appropriate link to apply.
