We are seeking Full-time or Casual Pizza Chefs to join our growing team! Key responsibilities include: Contribute to the construction and costing of menus with new culinary creations Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation Manage the maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies Manage food costs in line with the budget, along with labour costs Maintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routines Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and productive delivery of quality foods What we are looking for: Proven experience using a woodfire oven and hand stretching dough Ability to produce pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner Demonstrated culinary flair and genuine passion for the industry Experience in a fast-paced venue Effectively leading, training and mentoring your team Why you’ll love working for us?
