What you’ll do: Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations Lead and supervise sections of the kitchen during service Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Assist with stock control, ordering, and menu development Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with food safety standards Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to support team growth
