The Role Strategically coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and events while anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts. Build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders to support the CEO's priorities. Prepare polished slide decks, reports, and materials for meetings and events. Manage all aspects of meetings, from agenda preparation and logistics to minute-taking and follow-up actions. Act as a key contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and relationship building. Lead and mentor the administrative support team, fostering collaboration and high performance. Plan, track, and deliver executive projects on time and within budget. Manage expenses, correspondence, and sensitive information with discretion. About you As the successful candidate, you have experience working across global time zones, confidently liaising with EAs and executives worldwide, and managing complex CEO travel schedules both interstate and internationally. You're comfortable leading a small support team (with prior experience managing staff), allocating work effectively, and adapting as the team grows. With excellent communication skills and a natural ability to foster a collaborative, positive office culture, you bring agility and adaptability, quickly pivoting in response to changing priorities. You thrive in project-based environments, can coordinate events from planning through to delivery, and have exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills. You're available to work for three to four days in the office, with full-time on-site attendance during the initial settling-in period. What's on offer?
