Pega Upgrade Project Manager – Contract Role An IT services company delivering into one of the Big 4 Banks is seeking a Pega Upgrade Project Manager to lead a critical migration project. Role Overview You will be responsible for upgrading Pega to the latest version and migrating the platform from on-premises infrastructure to the Cloud . This is a 6-month contract requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership of offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the full Pega upgrade and cloud migration. Manage offshore development and support teams. Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption during migration. Work autonomously, driving outcomes and ensuring delivery milestones are met. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements Proven track record of managing multiple Pega upgrades from on-premises to Cloud . Strong experience in cloud migration strategies (AWS, Azure, or other major cloud platforms). Ability to work independently and demonstrate expertise in interviews. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Availability to start within 2 weeks .
