We’re partnering with a nationally recognised retail network to find a Digital Media Lead to help drive the next chapter in their digital evolution. This role sits within a high-performing, close-knit digital team that’s already making waves in the retail media space. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution and ad operations across both internal digital assets and external paid media. What You’ll Be Doing: Plan, execute and optimise PPC and CPM campaigns using the Zitcha retail media platform Manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube and Google Take campaign briefs and collaborate with studio and channel teams to bring campaigns to life Support suppliers with self-service campaign tools and troubleshoot where needed Own campaign reporting and performance analysis across digital and retail media touchpoints What You’ll Bring: Hands-on experience with Google Paid Ads, Meta Ads and digital ad formats (CPC/CPM) Experience with Amazon Paid Ads is a bonus Strong skills in campaign reporting, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and account management skills If you’re curious about the intersection of media, tech and retail and ready to take your campaign management skills into a role with national impact, this could be your next big move.
