They are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their team! The successful candidate will be spoilt with ongoing support and mentoring from an experienced management team. The Role: Portfolio management Communicate with clients and stakeholders by telephone, email, in writing and attend face to face meetings Meeting preparation and follow up Host/Chair Annual General, Executive Committee meetings and any other meetings as required Manage the invoicing of levies/service charges Arrears monitoring and where necessary implementing collection strategies Prepare financial budgets and send meeting agendas Respond to arrears/repairs and maintenance requests The Person: At least 12 months experience in strata management Valid Certificate of Registration or Strata Management License A strong knowledge of the current strata law Strong written and verbal communication skills You must be a people person and team player Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills The Benefits: Up to $120k Schedule B's & commissions WFH flexibility on offer Regular team bonding & development days Amazing team culture and tenure within the business!
