Site Coordinator – NPI | 2:1 FIFO | Major Tier 1 Mining Project Major Project - Iron Ore Development | 11-hour paid days | 12 Month Contract $118.53/hr including Super | Charter options: Monday night or Tuesday morning We’re recruiting an experienced Site Coordinator – NPI to support the delivery of key non-process infrastructure packages on a major sustaining capital project in the Pilbara. This is a site-based role working within a well-established project structure, reporting into the NPI Superintendent and working alongside a team of three other NPI Coordinators. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day coordination of NPI works across workshops, camps, laydown areas, and associated facilities Oversight of contractor activities with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule Work closely with the Area Manager NPI and Construction Manager to ensure alignment with project delivery goals Provide interface support and resolve on-site construction issues as required What We're Looking For: Previous experience in NPI delivery – ideally on workshops, laydowns, camps, or similar assets Background in bulk earthworks or civil construction is highly regarded Rio Tinto experience is advantageous but not essential Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills This is a great opportunity to join a long-term project with a high-performing team on site.
