They are currently seeking an experienced bilingual Production Coordinator who is fluent in Vietnamese and English to support our production team . This role is key to managing customer orders, coordinating offshore production, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods. Key Responsibilities: Collate customer orders and samples in an accurate and timely manner Enter all orders into internal tracking spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail Liaise with overseas manufacturers (China and Vietnam) to coordinate garment production timelines and requirements Maintain an organised inventory of finished customer garments in the warehouse Generate and distribute monthly reports to customers detailing stock availability, incoming production, and sampling updates Work closely with sales staff to support their needs, including special orders and new sampling requests Previous experience in a similar role within the textiles or fashion industry is essential.
