We are seeking a Program Officer who will provide support across multiple facets of the Digital Portfolio Office, including project and program coordination, governance meeting planning and management, oversight of project artifact submissions, and assistance with procurement and financial activities. Capabilities Required: Experience in project and program coordination within a digital or IT environment. Strong understanding of project assurance and governance frameworks. Ability to manage and track project artifacts and ensure timely submission. Skilled in planning and managing governance meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Experience in procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and managing invoicing. Familiarity with finance systems such as TechnologyOne (Tech One) or similar platforms. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Deliverables: Assistance, coordination and support of project and program activities. Oversight and tracking of project artifact submissions and sign-off. Planning and facilitation of governance meetings. Support for procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoicing.
