We are seeking a Test Analyst with strong experience in testing Salesforce-based solutions to join the Digital Delivery team. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital forms and associated workflows. Capabilities Required: Proven experience in functional and integration testing within Salesforce environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio – nice to have Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and their testing strategies. Ability to design and execute test cases, manage defects, and support UAT activities. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and products such as Q-Test Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud features and workflows. Knowledge of automated testing tools compatible with Salesforce (e.g., Provar, Selenium). Deliverables: Comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements. Execution of manual and automated tests (nice to have) across multiple environments. Detailed defect reports and support for resolution tracking. Contribution to release readiness through regression testing and validation. Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination and issue triage.
