We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Officer to support the Northern Territory Remote Locum Program (NTRLP) , a critical initiative focused on improving healthcare in remote First Nations communities. This program focuses on cultural safety, workforce development, and improving access to quality healthcare in some of the most remote areas of Australia. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating placements for Health Professionals, ensuring all required documents are complete and current. Provide administrative support for credentialing, deployment, and program documentation. Maintain and administer databases, collate information, and support reporting requirements. Support payroll processing, timesheets, invoices, and expense claims. Assist with travel and logistics including flights, accommodation, and disrupted travel arrangements. Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient program operations. Deliver outstanding customer service to Health Professionals, internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Foster positive relationships to enhance engagement and program outcomes. About you: Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management. Discreet with sensitive and confidential information. Experience in workforce deployment, health recruitment, or working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities is highly regarded.
