Role Detail We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to provide vital support to our Head of Legal Project Management and Head of Knowledge, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations across both areas. This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll provide high-level administrative support, helping to coordinate projects and programs, manage diaries, book meetings, organise events, and streamline day-to-day processes. You’ll also contribute to team-wide initiatives and bring your organisational and time management skills to the forefront. We’re seeking someone who doesn’t just complete tasks, but looks for ways to add value. Someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and helps shape how this role supports the broader team. Based in the Sydney CBD office and with a balanced approach to WFH your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and supporting key projects and programs Managing diaries and scheduling meetings Organising events and preparing presentations Streamlining administrative processes and procedures Supporting the broader Legal Project Management and Knowledge teams If you're someone with strong administrative experience, a proactive mindset, and a desire to be a trusted go-to person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. About You Proven experience in a Practice Assistant/Team Assistant/Coordinator role Administration or coordination experience within a fast-paced project environment Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with an ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems and software Strong administration and project coordination skills, with an ability to drive initiatives and take ownership of projects Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with an ability to leverage advanced functions across Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A high level of professional integrity, exacting standards and attention to detail Excellent organisational and communication skills (including verbal and written), using appropriate style for their audience Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment A strong ability to develop and foster relationships with colleagues, clients and other parties A team player who can work autonomously and manage time effectively A proactive and can-do approach with strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to prioritise Next Steps Please click ‘Apply Now’ to apply online with your cover letter summarising why you’re applying and your resume to support your experience.
