This role helps keep our projects running smoothly across our Riverina Western Region. You’ll split your time between supporting projects and helping with procurement tasks. Your work will be key to making sure contract tenders are handled properly and projects stay on track. Key tasks include: Keeping housing data up to date in our Fulcrum system Importing/exporting data for reports and new projects Helping draft work scopes and checking cost estimates Processing contractor payments and variations Organising solar metering with energy providers Assisting with metering issues Creating reports, charts, and maps for programs Preparing monthly reports for key meetings Capturing before-and-after property data using VR tools Key Challenges Managing multiple procurement and project support activities within tight timeframes Planning and prioritising work in a high-volume environment to meet critical deadlines Adapting to changing priorities while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Desirable Capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) Experience in Fulcrum platform, eTendering and project reporting. Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience in finance management, human resources, or a related discipline Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel to and work in remote locations, including overnight stays.
