This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification - Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement). The Trainee - Customer Service Officer is part of a small team who are the face of our organisation, the successful applicant will be passionate about delivering positive face to face customer service experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for processing front counter and over the phone customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as liaising across all departments to refer customer services enquiries onto the relevant personnel. To be successfully considered for this role, you will have: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to follow direction and procedures, while showing initiative. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills with high levels of data entry accuracy and speed. High resilience level and the ability to work well under pressure. The ability to maintain confidentially.
