The Role The successful candidate will work closely with Partners on complex technology and commercial matters, including technology transactions, outsourcing, digital regulation, data privacy, telecommunications, media, and information management. This role offers exposure to cross-border matters and collaboration with some of the world’s leading legal minds. You will contribute to designing compliance programs, advising on innovative technology offerings, and helping clients navigate both legal and commercial risks. Key Requirements 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in technology and commercial law, preferably in a top-tier or international firm. Experience drafting technology contracts and agreements and advising on procurement and supply of goods or services in the digital, technology, telecommunications, or media sectors. Exposure to digital and telecommunications regulations is desirable. Strong analytical, technical, and commercial skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent client service orientation and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
