This national firm are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to provide high-level support to their Employment Law practice. This role combines executive-level responsibilities with legal secretarial duties, offering a professional and rewarding opportunity. About the role: You will work closely with a Partner and a senior fee earner, providing senior level assistance while managing a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy practice. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing busy calendars and inboxes, ensuring schedules run smoothly Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documentation and correspondence Managing accounts processes including billing, invoicing, and related administration Acting as a key point of contact for clients while handling sensitive files with discretion Arranging and coordinating meetings, presentations, and team events Delivering high-level administrative support across the practice What we’re looking for: Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing support within a legal, corporate, or professional services setting Knowledge of finance procedures, billing requirements, and preparation of legal documents Exceptional communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage competing deadlines effectively
