This is a newly created role due to growth, offering the chance to work in a small, experienced team while contributing to one of the most significant developments in financial crime prevention in the past decade. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (including services, licensing, confidentiality and policy documents). Provide pragmatic legal advice on contract terms, compliance obligations and regulatory risk. Advise on privacy, data protection and information security matters. Support the business with regulated customer engagement, contractual frameworks and compliance standards. Assist in managing and improving contracting workflows, templates and dispute resolution processes. About You: 3–7 years PQE, ideally from a tech, financial services or telecommunications background. Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Confidence in advising on data, privacy and regulatory issues. A self-sufficient and solutions-focused mindset, comfortable working in a lean and agile environment.
