TEN Recruitment is currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join a reputable WA construction company. This role will see you take charge of the administrative side of the business’s maintenance function, providing a vital link between clients, supervisors, and suppliers. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, organising maintenance schedules, and processing all related documentation. This role suits someone highly organised, confident with client communication, and familiar with construction processes.
