Due to continued growth, we are now hiring for three exciting roles - combining office and field-based opportunities to suit a wide range of applicants passionate about the environment. 1. Administration & HR Executive (Full-Time/ Part Time - Office-Based) . This pivotal role supports our business operations by leading administrative systems, HR coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance reporting. You'll work closely with and report to the Operations & Finance Manager and help shape a high-performing, values-driven team. Key areas of responsibility include: End-to-end HR admin: onboarding, documentation, record-keeping, training records. Travel coordination, meeting planning, insurance, fleet compliance & management. Tender support, inventory control, CRM maintenance. Supporting a safe and compliant workplace (HSEQ management & reporting). Essential requirements: 5 years' experience in HR, administration or office management. Diploma in HR, Business Admin or equivalent. Experience with Xero, Bright HR, CRM systems. Strong organisational, communication and compliance skills. Desirable Requirements - while not mandatory, we encourage applications from candidates who possess the following: Experience in project-based consulting or environmental services. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence managing competing priorities. 2. Fauna Spotter Catcher (Casual - Field-Based) . This role plays a critical part in safeguarding wildlife during development works. You'll conduct pre-clearance assessments, relocate fauna, monitor habitats and install nest boxes. This is hands-on fieldwork, ideal for someone with a strong foundation in ecology and fauna handling. Key duties include: Fauna identification, spotting, catching and relocation. Nest box monitoring and installation. Supporting senior ecologists in field data collection and reporting. Assist with ecological surveys, habitat assessments and monitoring projects. Essential requirements: Degree in Environmental Science, Animal Ecology or similar. Field-based experience in fauna spotting & handling. Knowledge of QLD fauna species and safe relocation practices. Physically fit and ready for FIFO/DIDO conditions. Desirable Requirements - while not mandatory, we encourage applications from candidates who possess the following: 4x4 driving certification. Fire team member certification (or willingness to obtain). Familiarity with Queensland species and local ecological conditions. Experience working around machinery and construction environments. 3. Bush Regenerator (Casual - Field-Based) . As part of our bush regeneration team, you'll apply weed control methods, support revegetation, use tools (e.g., chainsaws/brush cutters), and restore native bushland in diverse environments. You'll be part of a skilled crew delivering real-world ecological impact. Key duties include: Manual and chemical weed control. Habitat restoration using bush regeneration techniques. Power tool use and safe chemical application. Contributing to field data collection and compliance. Essential Requirements: Cert III or above in Conservation and Land Management. ACDC Licence, Chainsaw ticket, White Card. Experience in ecological restoration / weed control. Physically fit and able to work in challenging field environments.
