Are you a natural leader with a passion for empowering people with complex disabilities? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Service Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple supported independent living sites across Sydney. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide teams, support participants, and ensure service excellence across a cluster of high-needs accommodation services. You’ll play a critical part in delivering person-centred, NDIS-aligned support that enables clients to thrive.
