About the program: Our Clinical Care Program is aimed to provide greater access to mental health services for people living with complex and enduring mental illnesses and have a range of psychosocial needs on the Central Coast. This program will be supported by engaging a range of mental health professionals to provide a suite of evidence based mental health services to people that would otherwise have little or no access to such services. This is a permanent part-time position, working 4 days per week. The role will be based in Tuggerah, with a requirement to travel and visit clients on the Central Coast. CatholicCare is open to flexible working arrangements that meet the needs of the program. Your Role: Deliver client-centred casework in partnership with a Specialist Lead and Support Worker. Develop and manage recovery plans with input from GPs, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, and families. Build strong networks to ensure wrap-around support and program success. Ensure compliance with mental health legislation and safeguarding standards. What You’ll Bring: Degree or Diploma in Mental Health, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related field. Experience working with patients in a similar capacity who demonstrate severe and complex mental health illnesses. Strong crisis management, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of relevant legislation (Child Protection, Domestic Violence, etc.). Desirable: Mental Health Accreditation Why Choose CatholicCare?
