Leading a small, high-performing sales team to consistently achieve targets. Driving sales by following a proven process and leading from the front. Managing the showroom floor, engaging with customers, and creating design appointments. Coaching, training, and mentoring your team to deliver top-tier customer experiences. Generating referrals, managing KPIs, and ensuring smooth showroom operations. Taking ownership of sales calls and enquiries, including after-hours follow-up. Who are you? A seasoned retail sales leader with 5 years' management experience. Background in big-ticket retail (furniture, whitegoods, homewares, window furnishings ideal). Energetic, driven, and passionate about customer service and team success. Strong communicator who thrives in a sales-focused environment. Experienced in leading teams of 5 and committed to working a five-day roster including weekends. Ideally local to the Auburn area, with strong connections to the community. What's in it for you?
