You’ll play a critical role in ensuring project success by collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Design Authority and Project Manager, to deliver outstanding project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures and deliverables lists. Implement and oversee project scope management processes. Create and manage a resource-loaded project master schedule using Microsoft Project. Conduct weekly updates, quality analysis, and performance reporting based on schedule data. Identify variances between baseline and actual project metrics and manage capacity scenarios. Manage the project risk management process, maintain the risk register, and ensure alignment with the master schedule. Support earned value management (EVM) processes, including relevant coding and reporting. Contribute to the improvement of core project processes such as scheduling, scope, and risk management. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in project management, finance, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in complex ICT delivery projects. Proven experience with earned value management, risk analysis, and EVM reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, OPP, or similar scheduling tools. Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to produce clear project performance reports. Familiarity with project finance processes, data analytics, and Power BI. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
