We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our clients Para Hills facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who thrives on hands-on work, building strong client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of physiotherapists. This role also comes with the potential to grow into the Head of Physiotherapy position , offering clear career progression for the right person. What you’ll be doing: Delivering exceptional, hands-on physiotherapy services to our clients. Helping us grow and establish a strong Physiotherapy team , similar to the success of our EP department. Building and maintaining connections with clients, referrers, and community contacts. Mentoring and supporting junior staff to develop their clinical and professional skills. Traveling to regional locations (when required) to assist with onboarding and training of future physiotherapists. What we’re looking for: A passionate and experienced Physiotherapist with strong manual therapy skills. A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and fostering team growth. Someone confident in networking and building strong community partnerships. Flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel to regional clinics.
