We are currently on the search for a Strata Loss Adjuster to join our client's team in Sydney! You will be responsible for helping their customers recover from property damages. What's on offer - Up to $111,000 Performance based bonuses (Up to 33%) - $17,000 car allowance Fuel card. - Potential Sponsorship for right candidate - Company laptop and phone - On-going training opportunities - Assignments nationally and internationally Responsibilities - Conduct desktop & on-site inspections to determine the cause and extent of damages within Strata properties. - Liaise and organise relevant trades and specialists - Be responsible for the management of claims from start to finish - Provide clear advice and updates to clients and customers throughout the claim process - Accurately document decisions, including scope of work, claim reserves, and approvals or rejections Requirements - Experience as a Strata Loss Adjuster or Domestic Loss Adjuster essential - Loss Adjusting/ Trade qualifications or certifications are highly regarded - Current valid driver's license - Strong skills in reporting writing and documentation We invite Working Holiday Visa holders with Strata Loss Adjusting experience to apply.
