We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with the drive to step into a senior role, leading projects from pre-construction through to handover. Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of fit out projects, from ECI and design management to delivery Lead and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project success Ensure compliance with all regulations, contracts, and company policies (Quality, OHS & Environmental) Drive strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and directors Negotiate and procure subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value Oversee programming, budgets, and reporting to ensure projects run smoothly Positively influence company culture and mentor others in the team About You: 2-3 years' experience in fit out project management with reputable companies Proven experience on commercial projects valued $1M-$10M Ideally degree-qualified in Construction Management Strong IT and construction software skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Confident managing people, contractors, and clients Ambitious and motivated to step into a Senior PM role How to Apply Click Apply Now or send your CV to emma.browne@cgcrecruitment.com .
