A highly respected civil contractor with a strong footprint across Western Sydney is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Grader Operator to support a growing pipeline of industrial subdivision and infrastructure projects . Your Role Operate motor graders for bulk earthworks, road construction, and final trim Read and follow plans, levels, and grading instructions Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other operators to meet production targets Conduct pre-starts and assist with basic plant maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience operating a grader in civil or industrial subdivision environments Strong ability in final trim (preferred) White Card (Construction Induction) Grader VOC and relevant plant operating tickets (RIIMPO324 or equivalent) GPS or UTS machine control experience (advantageous) A proactive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safe work practices Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport.
