We're looking for an experienced Remedial Foreman to take charge of day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site works, trades, and subcontractors on remedial and refurbishment projects Oversee day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, and programme Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and access requirements Implement WHS policies and maintain a strong safety culture on-site Ensure workmanship and finishes meet required standards Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Consultants to resolve site issues Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations About You: Previous experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in remedial or refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of remedial works (façade, structural repairs, waterproofing, concrete, etc.) Confident managing subcontractors and site staff Solid understanding of WHS, quality control, and construction processes Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Hands-on approach with the ability to problem-solve on-site This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected builder and gain exposure to diverse remedial projects with genuine career growth opportunities.
