We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major $30M government health fit out project, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of the $30M government health fit out project Develop and control project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure strict compliance with government requirements, WHS, and environmental policies Oversee quality assurance, safety standards, and adherence to timelines Manage budgets effectively while identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies Chair site and stakeholder meetings, providing clear and timely updates Resolve issues proactively with strong communication and problem-solving skills Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation Foster a collaborative and positive team environment across all stakeholders About You: Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects Previous experience with government, health, or complex fit out projects highly regarded Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Solid knowledge of pre-construction, procurement, and delivery processes Proven ability to manage $20M projects successfully Full Australian working rights How to Apply Click Apply Now or send your CV to emma.browne@cgcrecruitment.com .
