The Access Group Recruitment are the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for their next contract or permanent position. My client is needing a Payroll Officer to work with a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage their payroll. On a day to day basis, you will: Process accurate and timely payroll for 170 employees using MicrOpay Manage superannuation, PAYG, and leave entitlements Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for finance Ensure compliance with Fair Work, ATO, and internal policies Respond to employee payroll queries with professionalism and care Process end to end weekly payrolls every Monday and Thursday Set up new hires, back payments and process terminations, bonus and commissions Maintain ESS Process monthly/fortnightly pay if required Assist with ad-hoc requests/tasks as requested by the Senior Payroll Specialist and/or National HR Manager To be successful, you must have: Strong MicrOpay experience Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards High attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent communication and time management skills If you would like to know more about this temp role, please contact Celine on 0415 345 587 for a confidential discussion, or press the apply now button to register your interest.
