Your Role – Supporting & Encouraging Growth: We’re seeking passionate, positive, and motivated Support Workers who thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering person-centred care. In this Home Care role, you’ll support clients to live independently and meaningfully at home by assisting with personal care (such as dressing and showering), transport to appointments, shopping, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks. Your compassionate support will help create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes each client’s overall well-being and quality of life. As a Support Worker, you will: Provide flexible, support tailored to client needs and preferences. Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and independence. Encourage community participation and social engagement for our clients. Support skill development and independence-building activities. Be an excellent team player who actively supports colleagues, embraces feedback, and is open to continuous learning within a highly collaborative and supportive team environment. Maintain accurate documentation of client care and interactions. What You Bring to the Team: Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care. A strong passion for empowering older individuals to maintain independence and continue living comfortably in their own homes. Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with our clients Flexibility to work within a fortnightly schedule. A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence.
