About the Job In this role, you will partner with developers to own and drive reliability across the stack, from end-user devices to interconnects with mobile operators. Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of software and systems engineers, including iteration and task planning. Manage availability and performance of mission-critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Participate in an on-call rotation and work with other engineering teams to understand existing frameworks. Create, drive, and deliver service level objectives that enable product reliability.
