The Role As Commercial Motor Claims Consultant, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Skilfully handle commercial motor insurance claims, explaining the claims process, documentation requirements, and lodging the claims. Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust. Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable. Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
