Owners Corporation Manager Role Working in a fantastic large, supportive, clean office environment, with 2 days work from home , a team of 15 staff and some of the best people and processes/systems in the industry to work for! You will have admin support and training/re-training provided including a handover with the existing manager. Using Cloud Based, StrataMaster type strata software. JOB DUTIES: - Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential and some mixed use / commercial properties, circa 700 lots in the inner suburbs - Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc - Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties - Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings With an excellent name brand, friendly and supportive directors who understand how tough strata management can be, you will be working for some of the best in the industry. Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking Provided!
