As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making the Village a safe, friendly, and fun place to live. This casual role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about helping others and making a difference. Key Responsibilities Peer support and guidance. Check in on your fellow residents and offer advice Organise and get involve in events that make village life memorable Support Village activities and administration Assist with keeping the Village safe and contribute to an inclusive living environment The responsibilities of this role may evolve based on the changing needs of our residents and the business. We seek candidates who are adaptable and open to taking on new challenges as they arise. Skills And Experiences Essential Skills, Experience and Qualification Confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Excellent communication skills that enable you to mix with a diverse group of people, promoting positive relationships Have a creativity and innovation flare Experience in event planning and leadership roles (desired) Must be currently enrolled at the associated university (essential) Must be a resident of the village (essential) First Aid certificate or willingness to participate in training.
