About the Role A well-established automotive dealership is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join their Parts & Accessories Department in the role of Spare Parts Interpreter . This position plays a key role in supporting both internal and external customers through the sale, supply, and organisation of automotive parts and accessories. The role requires someone with strong product knowledge, customer service focus, and the ability to lead and support a team to deliver outstanding service and results. Key Responsibilities Provide parts and accessories support to internal and external customers. Manage storage, stock control, and inventory procedures. Accurately identify automotive parts and components. Receive, process, and dispatch orders efficiently. Prepare invoices and ensure timely documentation. Monitor and report on sales performance against set targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Lead by example, promoting company values and a culture of excellence. Essential Skills & Experience Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry. Proven experience in team leadership and motivation. Effective time management and organisational skills. Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability. Computer literacy and ability to adapt to dealership systems. Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Desirable Qualifications Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpretation). Technical aptitude with a hands-on approach.
