ConsultANZ is looking for experienced Piling Project Engineers to join a leading piling and ground engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Western Australia. About You Strong technical foundation in piling with a solid understanding of foundation construction methods Practical experience with a range of piling techniques and ground improvement systems Skilled in managing engineering documentation, quality control processes, and site records Collaborative team player with proven capability in project delivery and leadership support Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in dynamic site environments Key Responsibilities Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and site crews to ensure smooth, compliant project delivery Oversee piling and foundation works to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards Supervise temporary works and promote a strong safety-first culture on site Prepare and monitor short-term construction schedules to achieve project milestones Draft method statements and risk assessments tailored to site conditions Track and document variations or additional works for commercial reporting Maintain accurate daily site diaries and ensure all project records are up to date What You’ll Need Minimum 7 years’ post-graduate experience in civil, ground engineering, or piling roles Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in piling, foundation construction, or geotechnical works Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and site practices Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced project environments What’s on Offer Competitive salary package: $90K–$130K base Super Opportunity to work on high-profile piling projects with an industry leader in ground engineering Long-term career growth with strong pathways for professional development APPLY NOW: If interested or email marnel.labarosa@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
