We are exclusively representing a specialist consulting business in their pursuit for two (potentially three) ambitious civil engineering graduates to join their traffic & transport group , to be based in Richmond. Positions will commence in a full time capacity in January 2026. This is an incredible opportunity to work on a broad range of technically challenging and diverse civil projects. Dependant upon your own passions and strengths, the position could take a generalist consulting bias or a design and detailed engineering bias. If you are soon to be qualified with a relevant tertiary engineering qualification (bachelors minimum), and have a dedicated passion for the broader traffic and transportation sector, then this one is for you. Your role will include exposure to: Public and private sector projects, locally in Victoria and occasionally interstate. Traffic impact assessment and traffic studies Traffic and small road design solutions CAD documentation and drafting support Working closely with the senior engineers to deliver sustainable engineering and advisory solutions to a variety of civil engineering challenges.
