An exciting opportunity is now available to become part of the Revenue Services Team as a Revenue Officer, supporting accurate and timely billing aligned with internal procedures and performance targets. About the Role Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you’ll be a vital contributor to the daily operations of the Revenue Services Team. Key responsibilities include: Perform a range of accounts receivable duties including receipting payments, managing pre-payments, setting up payment plans, and maintaining accurate financial records Oversee daily banking operations and reconcile transactions against audit and financial reports Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and non-payments in collaboration with internal teams Communicate with external bodies to follow up on outstanding accounts Support month-end and year-end financial close processes by preparing reconciliations and reports Assist with debt recovery efforts and monitor aged receivables to ensure timely collection Maintain compliance with billing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the revenue cycle About You You’re a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
