About the Role We’re working with a well-regarded consultancy to find an experienced WHS Consultant to join their team in Sydney. This is a dynamic and client-facing role ideal for a safety professional who enjoys variety, relationship-building, and delivering practical, tailored WHS solutions. You’ll work with clients across multiple sectors on mid-level advisory work—risk registers, audits, safety systems, training—and support business growth by delivering value and identifying opportunities. Some interstate travel will be involved (e.g., Melbourne, Brisbane), ranging from one-off visits to several trips a year. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide WHS consulting across audits, site inspections, and documentation Develop safety systems aligned to ISO standards and legislative frameworks Facilitate risk assessments, training, and stakeholder coaching Build and maintain trusted client relationships Contribute to safety project delivery and business development What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years in WHS roles, including 2 years in a consulting capacity Qualifications in WHS/OHS and Lead Auditing Strong communication, facilitation, and report writing skills Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 frameworks Why Apply?
