Job Description In this role you will provide day to day IT Support to executives working for a large WA based organisation. This will be a varied role that encompasses 1 st /2 nd /3 rd Line Support and has some Network and System administration tasks as well. This role will have occasional travel across Australia. Your profile. You will be a highly polished communicator with excellent customer service skills. Ideally have experience supporting C Level executives. Ideally you will hold an IT related Degree or Diploma. A proven ability to manage and defuse difficult situations. Previous experience in a similar role. Previous experience supporting Windows Desktop and Server environments. Previous experience supporting Networks, AV, Mobiles, Firewalls and Wireless. You must be a citizen or permanent resident.
