Payroll & People Officer Flexible working | Luxury Retail Industry We are looking for a proactive & detail orientated Payroll & People Officer to join a high-performing and growing luxury retail business. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leader across global and local teams, to deliver seamless support across payroll services & people operations. This role is perfect for a payroll coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced setting, with an interest in growing their skillset within the HR function. You will be a trusted advisor across the group for ensuring compliance, aligning local processes with global strategies. The Role Manage all aspects of ANZ payroll in collaboration with third-party vendors Ensure vendor compliance with local laws, tax regulations, equity processing, and year-end reporting Support seamless data flow between Workday, Payroll, and Time & Attendance platforms (UKG, ADP) Maintain up-to-date knowledge in line with ANZ legislation & GRIA interpretation Identify and implement improvements to increase payroll efficiency and accuracy, with a focus on enhancing the Employee and Manager Self-Service Model Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support with statutory reporting and ad-hoc payroll/people projects Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding & personnel file management Promote workday adoption & ensure effective system usage The Person 2 years experience of hand-on payroll experience across ANZ.
