Job Title: SMT Machine Operator – Day Shift Location: Wetherill Park, NSW Salary: $75,000 Super Work Set-up: On-site | Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 03:00 PM (Monday to Friday) About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled SMT Machine Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. You will play a key role in operating and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production output. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate SMT machines, including pick-and-place systems and reflow ovens Monitor production lines for consistent quality and performance Conduct basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of machinery Inspect PCB assemblies for accuracy and perform manual rework when necessary Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to meet daily output goals Maintain production documentation and adhere to safety procedures Qualifications Prior experience operating SMT equipment in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of surface mount assembly processes Ability to interpret technical drawings and production instructions High attention to detail and quality standards Solid communication and problem-solving skills IPC certification is a plus but not required Perks and Benefits Competitive base salary super Secure, full-time position in a modern facility Supportive team culture with room for professional growth Opportunities to work with advanced electronics production equipment How to Apply?
