Role: We require a positive and energetic Production Operator for our Wetherill Park factory. The role involves general work around the factory where we make mattresses - we will rotate you from task to task so you learn multiple functions to help the team. About the Role: Follow WHS (Work Health and Safety) & any company policies Operating tools & machinery to manufacture mattresses Ensure build quality is up to company standards Strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Report daily production output to the production supervisor About You : Safety conscious Manufacturing production experience (preferable but not essential) Ability to meet deadlines Able to understand and follow instructions Physically fit (Able to lift up to 25kg) Benefits: Regular overtime opportunities Penalty rates Staff discounts 6am starts, finish early Fridays!
