About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a leading commercial real estate agency. This is a pivotal role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can operate with discretion, manage competing priorities, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations at the executive level. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, both internal and external. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and board-ready presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication. Monitor workflows and deadlines across multiple projects, following up on actions to ensure progress. Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and project-related activities. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Assist with project marketing support, including preparation of materials and liaison with marketing partners when required. About You 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive or C-Suite. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Professional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience within the property, real estate, or professional services sector will be highly regarded.
